Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ShowStakr. These terms govern your use of our platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShowStakr (operated by Tournest).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShowStakr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ShowStakr. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from using our services under the laws of Nigeria or other applicable jurisdiction.

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Staking Rules

All stakes are final once confirmed. The minimum stake amount is ₦100. Maximum stake limits may apply. ShowStakr reserves the right to void any stakes that violate our terms or are placed on events with errors.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ShowStakr for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others, or to transmit any malicious code or viruses.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Additional Terms

1. Intellectual Property

All content on ShowStakr, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ShowStakr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Privacy

Your use of ShowStakr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

3. Winnings and Payouts

Winnings are calculated based on the stake amount and the odds at the time of placing the stake. Payouts are processed within 24-48 hours after event resolution. A 5% platform fee applies to all winnings.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of ShowStakr shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShowStakr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
